Twin Boy Baby Shower

Twin Boy Decorations

Twin Boy Baby Shower

Wow! Double the serving sizes, you’re hosting for twin boys! In order to keep with the theme, be sure to order everything in sets of two. That means after you throw out your baby blue table covers and your baby blue table settings, you’ll need to set out two centerpieces for your twin boy baby shower celebration. As you blow up your balloons, make sure you have two of every color of your theme clustered together and two identical mylar balloons in each cluster.

As you apply your wall appliqué decorations set them out in sets of two. Don’t worry about overlapping them, it will make them seem like they belong together. Have your candy bowls set out in sets of two as well. If you have snacks, group them in neat pairs of the same type.

Twin Baby Shower Cake Ideas

Cake for your twin boy baby shower may go one of two ways: either you can create one large cake and have your twins on one cake, or bake up two smaller cakes and join them together on the same cake stand. If you do this, you’ll need to carve out a small section on each cake before you cover it with frosting or fondant, gently place the two cakes together. It should form a sort of figure eight. When you’re done you can add your twin boys to the other decorations on the cake.

Twin Baby Shower Game Ideas

This is a silly variation of the pair’s card game. You’ll need 8 dolls, 8 disposable diapers with Velcro tabs, a pack of whoppers chocolate candies, a pack of Kit-Kat candy bars, a pack of almond joy candies, and a pack of chocolate turtle candies. Break off two pieces from the Kit-Kat bar and then separate those two. Take out exactly two candies of each kind and place them on a table. Now you have 4 pairs of candies.

Put one piece in each of the 8 diapers and then put the diapers on the dolls. The object of the game is to match up the candies in as little time as possible. The rule is you can only have two diapers open at once. If they don’t match you have to close both then start over.
