Contest begins at 12:00 A.M. CST, 07/30/2011, and all entries must be received by 11:59 P.M. CST, 3/31/2012. All winners will be chosen by 05/01/2012. All times are Central Standard Time (CST). HOW TO ENTER To enter the contest, go to Modern Baby Shower Ideas’ web site, (http://www.modern-baby-shower-ideas.com) and fill out the submission form online. All entries and photographs become the sole property of Modern Baby Shower Ideas, once submitted and will not be returned. Modern Baby Shower Ideas is not responsible for lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether mechanical, human, or electronic; including without limitation the inaccurate or incorrect capture of entry information online. JUDGING CRITERIA AND SELECTION OF WINNERS Every eligible entry will be judged by Modern Baby Shower Idea's innovative staff. The judging criteria to be used will be (a) 50% for creativity and originality of the baby shower ideas and pictures, and (b) 50% for the quality of the written material (the "Judging Criteria"). Selected winners will be notified on or about 05/01/2012, by e-mail. By participating in this contest, entrants agree to all Official Rules and to the decision of the judging staff, which shall be binding and final in all respects. CONTEST PRIZES One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive $200 in Cash. One (1) 2nd Place winner will win a $50 gift certificate to Big Dot of Happiness. (1) 3rd Place winner will win a $25 gift certificate to Celebrate Express. Additional prizes may be added upon the Modern Baby Shower Idea's discretion. Modern Baby Shower Ideas reserves the right to substitute the prizes with other prizes that are equal to or higher in value. Winner shall be solely responsible for any and all taxes on prize, in addition to any and all expenses relative to participation in the Modern Baby Shower Ideas Contest (including acceptance of their prize) not specified herein. All prizes shall be awarded to winners within approximately 60 days after selection of winners. No substitution will be allowed except at sole discretion of the Modern Baby Shower Ideas. Prizes are not transferable. Modern Baby Shower Ideas reserves the right to substitute any and all prizes with prizes of equal or greater value, if such an advertised prize should becomes unavailable. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION All winners shall be notified via e-mail and must respond within fourteen (14) days of attempted notification or be disqualified. If a prize shall be returned as undeliverable, then the potential winner will be disqualified. Modern Baby Shower Ideas reserves the right, at its own sole discretion to terminate, suspend, or cancel the contest should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention/tampering, or other grounds beyond the control of Modern Baby Shower Ideas alter, damage, or impair the administration, security, or equality of the contest. In such event, ALL winners will be selected from among all eligible entries that were received up to the time of such termination, suspension, or cancellation. Any submission of an entry constitutes the irrevocable grant to Modern Baby Shower Ideas of any and all rights in the entry, any and all rights to publish, use, adjust, edit, and/or modify such entry in any way and in any and all media, without limitation, and without consideration or acknowledgment to the entrant and the unconditional right to utilize the photograph and statements about the promotion for advertising/publicity purposes without any additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering the contest, all participants shall release Modern Baby Shower Ideas from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participation in the contest or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize or participation in any and all prize-related activities.
