Baby Shower Wishing Well

Is it tacky to have a baby shower wishing well? I know these use these mostly at weddings, but just thought it would be a good idea if someone wants to give the mom to be a card.

That’s an absolutely GREAT idea! A wishing well for your baby shower can only mean that your guests will be able to shower you with wonderful gifts. The last time I went to a baby shower I only had a card and felt a little strange placing it with all those big boxes, so you’ll actually be doing some of your guests a sweet favor by putting out a lovingly decorated wishing well.

Be sure to place it near the area or on the gift table itself that way your guests won’t be having to ask where they can put the cards, or just lay the cards on the table. They should instantly recognize it for what it is.

Another wonderful thing about having a wishing well is that you’ll have a blast decorating it as well. If it seems like a task, then delegate the decorating to one of your helpers, there will inevitably be at least one person who will find the idea delightful.
