Baby Shower Centerpiece Ideas

Baby Shower Centerpiece

When your guests arrive to you baby shower, one of the first impressions you are going to make on them is going to be your baby shower centerpieces. Whether your centerpieces are cute, lovely, and creative, or plain, boring, and unimaginative will be totally up to you. While there is absolutely nothing wrong with being frugal, it does not mean that you have to settle for boring.

*Diaper Cakes - Baby shower diaper cakes are a great way to show off while remaining practical. After all, if you are going to spend good money on a centerpiece it should at least have a dual purpose. These diaper cakes are beautifully arranged and when the party is over, mommy-to-be will even get to keep the diapers for use on little baby’s needs.

Baby Bottles with Candy-These simple, and still practical centerpieces are lovely addition to your tableware. When clear, small, baby bottles are filled with candy, they can really bring out the color scheme for your theme. You can choose to fill them with one or two colors that are specific to your theme, or merely fill them with rainbow colors to light up the table with smiles.

Plush Animals-Place a couple of cute, adorable plush animals on the table. One larger than the other to represent baby and mommy-to-be. Give them poses whenever possible like the smaller animal being carried in mommy’s arms or clinging to mommy’s back. Or if you manage to find or craft miniature strollers you can implement these into your centerpiece. Be sure the stroller is large enough to fit baby animal, but small enough as to not hog up all the room on the table.

Baskets with flowers-Arrange flowers, either fresh or artificial, in a basket and place them in the middle of all your tables. Ask mommy-to-be for some hints on her favorite flower then improvise to make some brilliant baby shower centerpiece bouquets.

Candles- - Purchase some candles in a colors that coordinate with you baby shower theme and place them in cute cases on your table or tables. Light them up right before your first guests arrive and let them bring soft aromas to the delight of your company.
