Baby Shower Appetizers

I am clueless on what to serve for baby shower appetizers.

The most important thing to remember about serving appetizers is not to over do it. You’ll have to maintain a healthy balance between having enough appetizers for everyone and having a good variety. If you put out too many appetizers, your guests won’t be hungry if you are serving a main dish. If you create too many different types of appetizers, you may drain your energy or exhaust your helpers.

Usually two or three different types of appetizers is a good variety. Have 3 to 4 appetizers for each guest. Some may take more than 4 but some may take less and some may take none so 3 to 4 should be sufficient. If in doubt make extra and put them away somewhere where you can pull them out if the table runs low.

*Football Cheese Ball - This awesome dip makes your crackers wonderful and should be at the coin toss for any sports baby shower theme.

*Baby Burgers on Baguettes - If you don’t plan on serving an entree, then these would be great appetizers, because they will satisfy most appetites. Serve these for almost any theme.

*Fairy Tale Mushroom - These Beautiful, darling, little mushroom eggs would go great with any fairy tale baby shower theme.
